- "The hotel staff were excellent and extremely friendly; at least one of the proprietors speaks very good English, and everyone else is friendly (and, if you're a Turkish speaker, equally helpful). The breakfast was also decent, and it's in a convenient location in the city center, which you can get to by "servis" bus from the otogar, or from which you can go directly to Aizanoi via dolmu?."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Every part of the hotel -- but especially the room -- was completely full of the smell of cigarette smoke. This is somewhat unavoidable in hotels in Turkey, but this is among the worst experiences of it I've had. Even with the balcony door left open at night, the smell was really strong. Also, since it's in the center of the city, street-facing rooms do get a fair amount of street noise, though since Kütahya is pretty small, this isn't so bad. These, however, are really common issues with bargain hotels (as opposed to hostels) in Turkey; given that, Erbaylar is still a good choice."
