What did you like the most?: "The location is unbeatable being directly across from Carcassonne. The breakfast was excellent and the staff really helpful and pleasant."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The room was tiny for 3 persons. With the sofa bed folded down there was no room to lay out our suitcases. The bathroom has a glass window to the bedroom and the privacy blind does not offer any privacy when the light is on. The shower box was tiny and the doors to both the bathroom and toilet are glass. This is not a hotel to choose if you like any privacy at all."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Poor curtains in room 9 which did not block out the street light"

What did you like the most?: "There is nothing about this place that anyone would not like. There are several places to sit and relax/unwind, including a terrace outside the room with WiFi connection all over the place. Very comfortable room, and spacious bathroom with a shower cabin. Bathroom accessories are just perfect, and you will find everything you need. The hotel is situated in a very picturesque location, by the foot of the main tourist attraction ? the Carcassonne fortified city ? but at the same time the environment is quiet and cozy. You will feel an unusually homelike atmosphere due to the friendly pets they have in the hotel, i.e. two lovely dogs and two fantastic cats."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "On the other hand, there are some things which are not quite in line with a 4* hotel, like rather poor choice at breakfast, no slippers in the room, which would be very useful with tile floor in the bathroom and WC."
