- "The location and its proximity to Porta Susa is particularly important for train travellers. Via Cernaia, where it is located, is one of Torino's many colonnaded streets which is very useful when the weather is inclement, or even when it is very sunny, and is close to many cafés and restaurants."

- "The weather, but the hotel cannot be responsible for that and its location mitigated the situation."

- "Not much. Lobby looked good."

- "Staff was very difficult. Led my wife to the wrong bus. We asked three questions, they answered everyone like they knew the answer (but it was a bother for them to answer), every one was wrong. No parking. Had to find a parking spot 1/4 mile away."
