- What did you like the most?
- "The hotel building is beautiful with its old style and inner courtyard with fountain and flowers. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Room 315 is right beside the ventilation system which made a rather loud vibrating noise all night. Staff were kind enough to reduce the fans at night after we asked. Some street noise on the weekend. But the room itself was great."

- "Beautiful, well-maintained hacienda in the city center. Close to the
Zocalo. Fireplace in the room (extra fee, but inexpensive). We got the
room for a good price. Nice staff. Good value for money that we paid." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The noise spreading through the hallways, for example, when someone goes on a tour in the morning and leaves at 6.00 am slamming the door - you have wake-up call. The same, if one decides to talk loudly in the night."

- "Great location, a block away from the main square. Beautiful old
colonial building. Overall a good stay."

- "The colonial architecture was beautiful and charming. The plush linens were extra nice. We had a lovely little back patio for sitting and a nice table and chairs to sit and eat snacks at. The room was gorgeous, as was the courtyard and the hotel in general."

- "The mattresses weren't the most comfortable."
