- "We had an awesome room with a magnificent view of the La Cite Carcassonne. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wonderful place to stay for a couple of nights. Well situated within walking distance of the La Cite Carcassonne, not far from central town, with private parking,even have a view from the pool."

- "Breakfast not very good value for money. Probably best to eat breakfast out or buy croissants locally."

- "It was central for the old and new towns, and was near tHe river"

- "We were kept waiting an hour beyond the published checking time as the room was not ready. Nobody could fix the heating in our room. Despite your advertising stating excellent views, we had one of the 3 dark and cold rooms on the ground floor, we felt this was A. Misleading representation of the view, but we were not offered a discount because of the lack of view. The room was in need of a good clean, there were cobwebs and stained curtains. I would recommend the hotel, but I would warn them about the 3 inferior rooms."
