Is there anything you didn't like?: "rooms not cleaned breakfast very poor entrance to the hotel all the time a problem"

What did you like the most?: "I only liked the fact that the staff was pretty friendly and that they
spoke quite good English."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "- The walls in the room were dirty - the bed was uncomfortable - the housekeeper was the one was was serving breakfast but she didn't even know how to use the coffee machine and she left her phone ringing three times during breakfast - she gave us just one plate for the two of us - she didn't speak English at all and nor French - the sheets were not even changed every day, they just made look like it by rearranging the bed - the location of the hotel is not weel indicated and we had to look for it for fifteen minutes once in the building."
