- "very well situated next to tourist information and tour reservation. Hop on tramway at train station and get off at Quelconces. Just a few steps away. It has a really nice cachet of older hotel with apretty good breakfast."

- "The hotel is not clean. Dirty curtains in the room and dirty carpet on which I would not waolk barefoot."

- "Had to change room because shower/bath could not be used (no shower head holder/no plug for bath). Next room no shower working correctly, bedrom was better size for couple. You are paying for location you wonder how much less you would get from a 2 star hotel. Do not consider it worth the extra paid for 3 star hotel. However, my daughter had a room on 1st floor last year and better experience - so you can be lucky."
