- "The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food excellent. As the food was so good I wish the restaurant had been open every night but it was closed for the Brodetto (local fish speciality) festival as the staff were serving at the waterfront."

- "When we were there, the loose carpet on the polished stairs could have caused an accident but it has probably been fixed by now."

- "Breakfast was great for an Italian hotel and for the price. The Staff were really friendly and even booked a hotel for me on the next part of our trip. We used Hotel De La Ville as a base to explore the Marche area and were delighted to find a very cheap bus up the road to go to Urbino for only a few euros and spend a breath taking day there. It's a nice hotel for a base - 10 minutes walk to the sea, to the port with fun restaurants... We really enjoyed it here. Very basic rooms but that's all you need when you are out all day."
