- "We like the location. The sun terrace is good too. The room needed updating nothing has changed since we stayed four years ago. The room only had a shower and it desperately needed updating. We paid for a supperior room but this was disappointing and when mentioned to the staff they did not seem. To understand"

- "Outdated and in need of modernisation. No decent bar area and the owner is not very friendly"

This hotel is on the Rue de Antibes (Cannes main shopping street) which is ideally located for not only shopping but just one block back from the famous La Croisette with it's fabulous beach and of course the famous Palais de Festivals - home to the Cannes Film Festival. The Old Town is just a stroll away as is the marina and port for trips to St Tropez, Monaco and others. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and a good buffet breakfast is available. A bonus for this hotel is the roof terrace. A nice area to relax at the end of a hectic day with it's sun loungers and comfy shaded seating area."
