- "Staff from reception do not smile, from the time you arrive to the time you leave. i asked to be woken up and staff forgot it, so i got too late on work and was told by receptionist that the incident would be passed on to management, not even an I am sorry or it wont happen again...."

- "I really liked this hotel. It's certainly up to western standards, more so than the majority of hotels in Brazil. The breakfast is truly wonderful. The staff was friendly, despite my crappy Portuguese. The room was clean, the A/C worked well, the shower had great water pressure, and the fridge was fully stocked with reasonably-priced beverages. The only downside is the location, a little bit industrial, but not loud, and right off the Anhanguera highway, so very convenient whether you need to work in Campinas or any place within a reasonable radius."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Location was a little industrial, right alongside the highway, but the site is separated with a gate and security guard, and I could not head any road noise. Other than that, you can't go wrong here."
