- "Staff is poorly trained, building requires immediate maintenance, double bed is not double bed, jacuzzi was durty,... I do not recommend for any amount above USD 50"

- "internet did not work. After we went 2 times to the lobby (8 hours later) and we suggested to restart the internet, it worked again.
The safe in the room did not work. It took them a day to repair. The repair was to put a safe that was not mounted to the wall in the room. Not usefull as well."

The room was of good size, it was noticable that they are renovating the interior to give it a lighter appearance. They also fixed the jacuzzy on the top floor while we were staying there."

- "I did not like the shabby appearnce of the shower room. The air-conditioner was too loud to keep it on during night-time. And the word "Palace" is a bit of an exaggeration."
