- "The staff were particularly friendly, available around the clock and the location of the hotel in the city is well-suited for visits (underground station and bus stop down the hotel, 10 to 15 minutes journey to city centre)."

- "The double bed is actually made of 2 single mattresses put next to each other, their size does not fit with the frame of the bed so there are gaps between the mattresses as well as between mattresses and frame. Most importantly the mattresses are soft, spring mattresses. Really surprising to find such uncomfortable mattresses in a supposedly 3-star hotel. The facilities are generally old (leaking shower doors, noisy and poorly regulated heating system, poor sound-proofing of windows and doors, lack of mechanical ventilation in rooms...)."
