What did you like the most?: "Easy to find, close to rail and bus station and mini supermarket. Easy to walk into centre. Room very big. Bathroom small but totally ok and shower great and always hot water. Room changed and kept clean every day. Elevator to each floor if you have a heavy bag. Reception staff very friendly but some are not much help with tourist information. We found the tourist office at the airport very helpful. Train trip to Venice was ideal only 2hrs and hotel is only 5mins walk from the station. When the windows are shut there is no noise from the road and the road isnt very busy anyway."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Very small -ve. On the last day we had time to wait and wanted to have a long lazy breakfast. Breakfast is set out as a coffee shop style, very small and they only expect you to be there 10mins so when we stayed longer and people were queueing for one of the 7 tables we were made to feel uncomfortable and had to leave. The air con did work but not as well as we would have liked because the temperature was 37C. When on full it was very noisy which is fine when you are tired but if a light sleeper you will be kept awake."

What did you like the most?: "Friendly service, central location, free internet, nicely furnished lobby. Seems to be good spirit among the personnel."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "small rooms, wall-to-wall carpet causes stuffed-up nose"

What did you like the most?: "The staff were always friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good. We
especially liked it being near station and wharf for both train and
boats. It was good that the city had signs that showed some hotel
directions and that helped us find the hotel."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The carpets are a bit old but considering the value we received we would be happy to overlook that."
