- "Location was excellent. Breakfast on the terrace was romantic."

- "Lots of steps to negotiate to get to the hotel, No elevator in the hotel either. We booked a room with a sea view...the hotel is not in a good location to offer this little extea. Our sea view was pathetic to be kind...the tiny terrace was positioned over a dirty flat roof and to see the sea you had to look between two tall building to get a glimpse!! I would receommend this hotel but dont bother with the sea view."

- "Location is perfect, near St. Andreas cathedral. One problem we met is a difficulty to achieve rooms (too high) because there is no elevator."

- "The time of the year we visited meant this was not a problem but if you are staying in peak season I can see the noise in the square could be a problem"

- "Fantastic! Arrived an hour and a half late to to the bus station late at
night and the taxi driver was waiting for us as promised by the
hotel.Had some trouble making email connections so the hotel went as far
as phoning our home in canada. Incredibly friendly service, loved the
rooftop patio overlooking the center of town.Lonely planet had
recommended this hotel as best value for your money in Amalfi...we were
not dissappointed!"
