- "Hotel provided free transportation to the airport with 4 time options each day. We had a private car take us to the airport. We were able to stay in our room and check out just before our 3pm ride which was very convenient rather than checking out and having the desk hold our luggage.
The rate included free wi-fi although it was very inconsistent.
Location was great by the plaza italia and other downtown areas." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Rooms were very dated and plain, broken parts on the tv, air conditioner that did not work. sheets on bed were clean but stained. breakfast buffet was included but very average tasting (store bought cookies/pastries)"

- "The hotel appears to be very nice on the outside. The room we got however was quite bad. It really looked like a cheap motel. Towels were dirty, the room smelled like cigarrette and deodorant even though it was a non-smoking room. No mini-bar (only relevant beause we would have liked to keep some drinks cold in our room), and the airco was controlled at the reception (and they turn it off at 7 am without asking, which means that in summer you'll wake up feeling quite hot). To finalize, even if they claim they have parking, one night we came back to find that the parking lot was full. We finally arranged to move the car to a private parking and get refunded for the costs. El hotel se ve muy lindo desde afuera. La habitación que nos dieron era sin embargo muy mala. Parecía realmente como un motel barato. Las toallas estaban sucias, la habitación olía a cigarrillo y desodorante de ambiente aún cuando era una habitación para no-fumadores. No había mini-bar (sólo nos importaba porque habríamos querido mantener algunas bebidas frías en la habitación) y el aire acondicionado era controlado desde la recepción (y lo apagan a las 7 am sin preguntar, lo que significa que en verano uno se despierta con mucho calor). Por último, incluso cuando dicen que tienen estacionamiento, una noche volvimos y nos encontramos el estacionamiento lleno. Finalmente conseguimos poner el auto en un estacionamiento privado y nos dieron el dinero luego."

- "The air conditioning is run through the switchbox at the front desk so in the middle of the night you have to call the front desk to ask them to turn it on for half an hour. It got annoying and you would have to wake up to do it at least 3 times per night."
