- "Friendly staff, nice location in town"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We didn't like the colors and material used in the decoration of the hotel, it looked al a bit old and dirty because of it. The sheets on the mattres contains plastic, which makes you lay in your own sweat. The cleaning ladies were present on our floor most of the time, which made us kind of nervous when we were relaxing in our room during the day. The town doesn't have many restaurants, let alone nice restaurants."

- "Staff were helpful and there were lots of options at breakfast. Pool
area was well taken care of." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Unfortunately, the area across from the hotel is under major construction and the noise was fairly constant. Not something the hotel can control but perhaps they could provide ear plus to guests or something similar to make up for it. Our major issue was that the hotel has a very musty, mouldy smell. My partner developed sinus issues while we stayed there which lead us to believe that there was likely a mould problem in the walls. I would not recommend staying for a long period of time or at all if you are sensitive to mould/mildew. There was no wifi available."

- "The location was fantastic for us, just off the ferry in the middle of
a terrific storm, it only took us a few moments to get to the hotel.
It's in the centre of the town and close to restaurants. The room was a
good size and comfortable. There was a wide choice for breakfast. It
was a bit hectic in the breakfast room due to the large groups, but
nothing ran out." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "This may just be us, but we don't like being asked to pay the minute we arrive at a hotel! This was the only place in the Azores where this happened. The hotel is a big one, clearly catering for large groups. We wouldn't have chosen it for a longer stay, but it was fine for our purposes."
