What did you like the most?: "The staff was wonderful, in both hotel and cafe. The room was immaculate and included air conditioning - hugely valuable in the hottest July in 150 years in Germany."

What did you like the most?: "The personal service we received from the staff. They were very helpful. Good and nourishing breakfast. We enjoyd the pool as if was 35 degrees when we were there!"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "There was not internet access in the hotel at all. Had to go down town to an intenet cafe. No safety boxes in room. Had to ask reception everytime we wanted to get our money out."
