- What did you like the most?
- "The staff were courteous and helpful; the hotel is downtown, and it has free parking. We were not charged for checking out the day after arriving."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We checked out the next day because the condition of the room was unsatisfactory. The room was not clean; neither were the beds' linens. Only sheets were provided - no blankets. The air conditioner was in poor condition, but it did its job, albeit noisily. The bathroom was potentially dangerous, what with exposed live parts of the power receptacle next to the sink. Even worse, I was attempting to adjust the electric shower head heater, I received an electric shock in my fingers. Fortunately this was finger-to-finger, because if the current has gone down through my arm, chest (heart) and feet into the concrete floor, I might not be writing this. A spartan room would've been OK, but not in the condition our room was in. I should've taken photos, but I was tired from travelling. Lastly, the hotel appears to be in a state of neglect, and their photos are surely dated, if not misrepresentative. It was the electric shock in the shower that was the last straw."

- "Dirty. I had better accommodations staying in the middle of the Amazon. No joke. The bathrooms were filthy."
