- "Friendly staff, clean, and very boutique in style. Fine attention is
paid to details." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Way overpriced !!! Luxury suits are tiny and the photos on the Internet though real, do not reflect the actual size of the rooms. The Resturant seems to be operating as a seperate entity within the premiss of the hotel. The food was average and the service was extremely !!!! slow ."

- "An oasis in the bustling centre of Cuernavaca. The rooms are newly built and are quite stunning. The public areas are equally beautiful. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is good for a quiet meal though there are better choices elsewhere in the city.
Cuernavaca can be a bit frantic and chaotic at times and the Casa Azul is the perfect retreat at the end of the day."
