- "We were very happy with this hotel. The hotel manager is very nice. They provide a nice lounge area for guests with board games and a stocked drinks fridge with reasonably priced drinks (e.g. less than 2 euros for a beer). The rooms were clean and well appointed - at least some of the rooms have balconies. The included breakfast was excellent. Pfronten is a nice small town and the castles are easily accessible if you have a car (less than 15 minutes drive). When we left the hotel in the morning a herd of cows were mowing the grass across the street. Highly recommend the 500-year old Gasthof Adler restaurant for dinner if you find yourself in the area."

- "The hotel was perfect, our room opened out onto a little shared patio and garden and the sound of the cow bells is the surrounding fields is totally charming."
