- "Actually the only problem I have was with the reservation I made via booking.com. In the beginning the hotel could not had my reservation (there was some delay) and after that on my check-out they could not find the prepayment I made for one night, which was charged on my account few days after my reservation,"

- "Wonderful stay from the first minute till the last. Extremely friendly and professional staff, with multiple attentions for the children, such as bringing fresh fruit for a healthy snack or preparing a glass of milk in the evening. Just perfect!"
