- "Recepcao, I'm stay out the room for 2 hours , because lock key not work, don't have Bateria,pool is for Cats and Dogs, because is terreble"

- "I talked to 2 staff at the reception. Both were very withheld. When arriving I had my booking only as an e-mail confirmation. When requsted a print I offered to forward the e-mail using my phone in order for him to be able to print it. The gentleman refused saying that he doesn't have that computer nearby??? He told us (exhausted from flying) to go and get the print from across the street from the I-net service point. Overall he seemed to be struggling not to show his annoyance. There was a queue at breakfast room - we were not let in but had to wait 30 min-s or so. Only one elevator was working - again waiting, waiting. He promised to call us and tell teh code for Wifi in 5 min-s- he never did. We were told wifi is free, but it turned out at the check-out that it's free only for limited time."

- "The hotel is located at one of the main shopping streets in
Copacabana, so everything you need is around you. It is a 10 minutes
walk from the beach. The hotel has free WiFi (password protected),
despite what other comments say here. I was worried about this when I
read the comments before I was going. But when I got their, they gave
me the password, and although it says everyday that you have to pay,
you actually pay nothing!
The breakfast is very good especially with all the wonderful tropical fruits.
Very friendly staff and it feels safe. I had a very good experience at this hotel and I recommend it for anyone!"
