- "The breakfast was a nice spread."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The staff at the front desk was usually pretty rude and unprofessional. One story in particular stands out. I speak Portuguese but I am not fluent. One time I was asking for my messages because a friend had said he left me a message, yet I never received it. The staff at the front desk (3 of them) acted like I was an inconvenience. Then when I asked the head guy to speak slower because I was not fluent and was having difficulty understanding him, i received a sigh, roll of the eyes and then he walked off without explanation or resolving my problem. Found out at checkout that this same actually spoke English! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE, nor stay there again."

- "Nos dieron una habitación muy bonita, no la fachada. Las camas eran muy buenos. PERSONAL muy amable. El buffet de desayuno era excelente, mucho para elegir! El metro en todo el hotel, calle muy bonita, con buenas tiendas, y cerca de la playa! la piscina en la azotea del teh hotel era súper!"
