- "I had the grave misfotune to break my ankle very badly while visiting the ruins of Pompeii. The staff at the hotel were simply FABULOUS. When I remember how kind they were I feel quite tearful. They could not have been more sweet, helpful, thoughtful and considerate - I will always be in their debt."
