- "There were problems (all solved by the very effective hotel manager and her staff) with our 3 bedroom reservations through Booking."

- "No heating! A bill with a daily insurance fee was presented without bothering to ask if it was wanted."

- "My husband and I stayed in the hotel back on July 17,2012, for a week. I was returning to the city after many years away and it was the first time for him. The people at the front desk were very helpful on guiding us, or suggesting places around the city. The hotel included breakfast which offered a great variety of choices. Also the attention was very good and friendly. After we departed, we went to another city for another week and then returned home, were I found that I had left a shoe (which the only value was a sentimental one.) I contacted the the General Manager to inquire about my shoe and within hours, I got an answer and thankfully the story had a happy ending . The hotel 84DC made my return to Bogota a very good experience. My husband and I were very pleased to call the hotel "home " for a week. Thanks to all."

- "Location, design in itself is great, staff is very friendly, for a few days this is a great hotel in a nice neighborhood. If you are not overly senstive to noise all else makes it a hotel to return to!"

- "Design takes precedence over all else... like there are no shelves for clothing. I was alone, but for two that would have been a disaster. There is no rail to hang towels to dry in the bathroom, just one small hook. Acoustically it is a nightmare with e.g. so much noise from the breakfast room tv that it woke me up on the 4th floor (!!) at 7 a.m, I think they used too much concrete and stone throughout hotel, any door that closes sounds like a gunshot. And my neighbor turned his tv on every morning at 7.30, not my idea of a relaxed vacation to be woken up by silly music that I don't want to hear."
