"Computers all broken, internet very often broken, showers mouldy, rude staff (particularly the spanish middle aged lady), movie room dismantled, small bunk beds, attempted overcharging..."

"Location was great. Staff very friendly and helpful with directions and queries. Bedroom clean, warm and comfy. Breakfast was perfect. No complaints very happy with everything. I would recommend this to friends."
