- What did you like the most?
- "The lobby is nicely-designed. Every time we passed by the reception the staff was always there. Nice attitude whenever we talked with them.
The hotel is on L5 metro line, so it's quite convenient if you take the train from the airport to Sants station (also on L5). Although the location is not next to the metro, but it doesn't take you too long to get to the hotel.
There were quite a lot restaurants near Hospital Clinic metro station, and there was a grocery store in between the metro station and the hotel, so you don't have to worry about food.
Also, the air-conditioner worked very well in the hot summer." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Wifi was free of charge, but we had to take the passwords from reception and log in again every time we wanted to use. It said one set of password is valid for 24 hrs but it didn't last so long. Other than the troublesome of wifi login, the Internet was ok. Our room was just next to the lift so we could hear people talking when they came back at night. Also, we could hear people from next door in our bathroom. However, we were quite tired after a lot of sightseeing in the day, so it didn't really bother us."

The WIFI was free and worked well, but a few times there were trouble with the connection.
The breakfast buffet is diverse with coffee, tee, juices, cereals, bread, cheese etc., different kunds of bread and fruit.
NH Master is located close to Placa España and Placa Catalunya and in the neighbourhood there are many restaurants, bars and even cinemas and dancing places." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The bed was on wheel and tended to move, when I rested reading a book. The cleaning staff made a terrible noise early mornings. They should be more concerned about their clients."
