"Excellent situation. Pleasant room. Very helpful staff. Secure parking
for very large car."

What did you like the most?
"Location. The Cervantes festival started the day of our arrival to visit
my son at the university, and we were right in the middle of the action.
Close to his apartment, train station, food and shopping."

"Staff could have been friendlier, but other than that, no complaints."

What did you like the most?
"The location is excellent. We are in the heart of Alcalá. The bedroom view is pleasant and cozy. Breakfast is fairly good. Staff is friendly."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"It certainly needs some work done. The bedroom door is very old and wouldn't close, just with latch. the restroom door in bad shape too. The seats of the bedroom have their color faded. The windows are very hard to open. But the doors problem was really unpleasant. The Wi-Fi was gone for a long while."
