Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly to the hotel which details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- What did you like the most?
- "I have actually put the hotel as 'nature/wildlife' because when we were at the hotel we went on several very nice walks in the Anaga mountains which are easily accessible via the tram to La Laguna. We met a German backbacker who was using the hotel as a base to explore Tenerife going to different places by bus.
Unlike other hotels in the same price range this was a 'proper hotel' with the sort of facilities that you would expect from a nice hotel." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The biggest disadvantage was the noise from the street. Unfortunately this stems from its favourable location on the main shopping street near the main square by the sea front. I was quite happy to put up with the Easter parade because I felt that this was very much 'local colour'. I was very unhappy about the bin men in the wee small hours of the morning. The refuse lorry made an amazing noise - amazing in the sense of 'LOUD'! Other than that, my biggest grumble was my morning cup of coffee. Were they Arabia beans or Robusta beans? No, it was the fact that the coffee was made from very heavily chlorinated tap water. I realised this when I ordered tea, and hot chocolate as an alternative. Can you imagine, 'heavily chlorinated hot chocolate'? I did not click the 'Gourmet' button. The other grumble which affected my partner more than me, was the breakfast on a tray was exactly the same every single day. That did not affect the travellers who were only staying one night. But we stayed for ten days, which I felt was a bit too long. Particularly as so few people seemed to speak English. In terms of recommending the hotel. The rooms facing the street can be very noisy. There are also some rooms facing a ventilation shaft. I am not sure that I would want to spend ten days with that sort of view."

- "This hotel is really in the center this is great. You have the tramway
at 2min by walk and you can go directly to La Laguna in 40min (humanity
patrimony). The bus terminal is at only 3stations and you can join all
other parts of Tenerife (san Andres is amazing!!). The hotel is clean
and people are nice but do not speak english. The terrace fo breakfeast
is beautifull with iron forged tables." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I recommend you to ask the reception a bedroom far from the leaft because it is noisy I think when you are toi close from it. My bes room was far."
