- "Very helpful front-desk staff; good location and close to a metro/subway stop."

- "The pillows weren't very thick (I didn't ask for extras and I bet the hotel would have given me more if I asked!)"

- "clean, quiet, no noise, air conditioned, near metro stations (one change, 3 min drive and there you are on the plaza Catalunya)

- "The location whilst not central, was in a convenient location if you like to walk or catch public transport. Helpful reception, can book an airport drop off through them."
