20min walk to las ramblas" - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Staff not friendly. Wanted to charge us for reception to make a call to order a taxi. Also, did not help us with advice about places to go or sights to see and refused to make a call on our behalf to make a table reservation. We were also woken up twice because cleaners came to the wrong room."
