- "very friendly and helpful staff, very close to the puerta del sol, very well located, good connection to public transport, lots of shopping opportunities next to the hotel"

- "room was a bit cold because the heating was too small for the room, furniture was very old, at times the bell rang during the night because the guests don´t get a key for the entrance door and have to ring it when they come back"
