- "I was surprised to find a hostel in a location near to the village I wanted to visit the next day. I liked the hospitality of the host and her daughters as well as the polite friendly and considerate young teenager who, realizing I was not quite exactly in the right location, got in my car, found parking for me and walked me to the exact location as a gesture of kindness. The hostal is near Logronos the wine capital of La Rioja. . The bathroom and bedroom were very clean."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The walls are paper thin and you can hear what is being said from one floor to the other from your room with the door closed, but use ear plugs and your good. I was taking the trip to improve my spanish but the hostess had little patience with that. I was a little tickled because rather than slowing down as I had asked her to when she was speaking, she looked ever more intently in my eyes and continues as if her intense stare would help me get the meaning of the words I did not know. I was also jet lagging in a big way so I am sure this did not help. Her daughters were very quick to step in the first night to help make sure I had all I neede."
