- "The reception is always open. It's a bar, we were taking breakfast there, very convenient. Very well placed, close to the metro Parallel, close to the port and the Ramblas. Always came home on foot."

- "A very small room for four people. Hardly had place to put all our luggage. And there was shower gel, shampoo but no soap."

- "I like everything very much. The services is great. The rooms were allways clean (the towels changed every day) and confortable. The location of the hostal Oliveta is very convienent. Just couple minutes from metro station Parallel, also you can easily reach the old quarter, La Ramblas on foot. It will take 10-15 minutes to walk.
The reception/bar open 24 hours, so you will find someone there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommed to everybody this hostal if you are going to explore the Barcelona!"

- "I spent the last week of April in Oliveta. The staff was really friendly, the room was clean and big and nice. Good location. Metro is 3 minutes from the hotel. Port Well, Rambla, Catalonia square etc are 15 minutes walk. Though the bar is downstairs, it was quiet in our room.I would stay in this hostel when I am in Barcelona again."
