- "Hotel is located on very noisy street, so ask for a room facing the internal yard"

- "Allowed early check-in at 7am. Friendly staff. Good wifi. 2 mins from Plaza de Armas on main road. Balcony. Breakfast on balcony. Stored our bags whilst on a two day tour."

- "(Extremely) noisy at the weekend, as per other reviews. Issues with hot water a couple of times, but staff informed us it was off one of those timmes so maybe this isn't regular..."

- "noisy; rather small rooms and even smaller bathrooms; no warm water in the shower"

- "the breakfast is very poor. we stayed in a room next to a tv room and the tv was on whole night as well as the lights and someone turned them off at 6.30 am. the bedding didnt look fresh to me at all but we were so tired we didnt wanna deal with anything. stuff didnt speak English anyway."
