"Wonderful people, very helpful. Really good service. We had special
needs because of an accident at the mACHU pICCHU and after the
reservation was finished, the personnel helped much more than expected.
Really good people. Highly recommended."

- What did you like the most?
- "The rooms were quite nice, modern and also clean. They included TV and hot shower."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "They seemed quite unorganized. There was only one men, who cared about the guests. The other female employee in the hotel was more occupied with watching TV. They told us breakfast would be at 4:30 because we told them we would leave at 5 for catching the first bus to Machu Picchu. But then at 4:30 the whole hostel was dark and nobody was there - neither in the breakfast area nor at reception. The hostel door was locked and we needed to go through the whole hostel for 20 minutes until somebody heart us and let us out."
