- "It it not in the center, but if you don't mind a long walk or paying about 500 pesos, then this is the place to stay."

- "Puerto Montt is not exactly the best town in Chile to visit but provides a central location to explore the southern Lake District. This place is like an oasis in what is a poor looking area and town with excellent new accommodation with very friendly owners. It also has secure parking and easily within walking distance to shopping etc."

- "Very good hotel and good value for money. The hotel is clean & new.
Plenty of space with kitchen facility . Both living room & bed room has
tv for guest. The boss is so kind to us and drived us to the ferry
terminal. Also, he help us to book the day tour to lake district and fix
all details."
