The Guest House Santa Cruz offers an enjoyable, restful and privileged environment surrounded by natural beauty. This is ideal for outdoor activities as well as being an excellent place for study and personal work. It also serves as a retreat house (for spiritual exercises), a convention center, study centre, a summer residence, etc.
This Guest House is located on the ‘Valle de los Caídos’, although strategically out of the way of the tourist trail in order to have a relaxed stay.
Accessible, from Madrid (58 km), from Avila (55 km), from Segovia (45 km) and from San Lorenzo de El Escorial itself (12 km).
Free pass into the monument of el Valle de los Caídos during the stay in this guest house. -

Getting there
As you come from Madrid on the A6 motorway, commonly known as the ‘La Coruña’, exit 47 (El Escorial – Guadarrama) should be taken. This leads to a roundabout on the M-600 main road where the sign to El Escorial should be followed. The main entrance to the ‘Valley of the Fallen’ is to be found 300 metres further on, situated on the right.
