What did you like the most?: "Staff at the reception and door-man were very helpful. Especially door-man was pretty nice. We were in rush and he realized it and called a shuttle immediately to send us to the station."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We left several belongings in the room and called the hotel to ask it. We spoke with room-keeping several times and were told they would call back. However no one did it. Also at the breakfast, there was no coffee and took a while until the new one was replaced. We were able to hear loud chatting from the kitchen while we were eating there."

What did you like the most?: "location was near where I was working."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "There was no help to get my bags out of my car to the desk for check in. There were several valet staff available but none offered to help with my bags."
