- "The airconditioning didn't work, the room smelled like smoke, it was locaetd behind a petrol station, it was very run down, the staff did not want to be there. Horrible experience. Certianly not a 4 start hotel, should be rated a 2 at the most. False advertising on booking .com"

family in Sistiana. We always feel welcome back. The hotel is very
beautifully located close to so many points of interest, Duino castle,
Sistiana beach, the Carso and all the exciting sigths of Trieste such
as Miramare." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We wish idea hotels would continue investing and upgrading the physical plant and facilities of the hotel such as landscapoing, room air conditioning, bathroom facilities. We found that since idea took over from holiday inn, the room amenities have been reduced: E.G. fewer towels, no shampoo, less soap,minibar removed. It's really too bad because the hotel itself is set in such a unique location. Its plant and its staff deserves more support."

- "We liked the hotel. Breakfast was very good."

- "The only disadvantage is that the hotel is far from the sea. The only practical way to reach the sea is by car (parking costs 8 Euro for the whole day)."
