- "The Location was very good, close to Universal studios and restaurants/bars. The standard met our expectations."

- "Cleaning at the hotel. Was forced to contact the staff in order to get cleaning. The over enthusiastic sales person at The Universal stand."

- "Our son (11 years old) loved the gaming room.... The breakfast at the attached TGIF is also quite nice."

- "When we checked in, we got a good offer for Universal tickets ($299 instead of the normal $450). We got excited - and only when we wanted to buy them, we were told that we would have to attend a 90 minute real estate presentation. I didn't like that and wouldn't have waisted mt time talking to the lady at the Holiday Inn if I would have known that"
