helpful especially the lady in the gift shop she was excellent with

What did you like the most?: That s a nice hotel, with charming old style rooms, clean and nice. I had a corner king size room in the 20th floor and the view was fantastic and I felt like in heaven in that light and cosy room.
There is a fridge in the room to store things and it could not be better to reach all places of the city. I rent a bike nearby and had a wonderful time. Service People were very kind and always correct.
10-30 min by bike to Golden Gate, Baker Beach, Mission, Union Square, china Town, japan town, Twin Peaks etc. Just around the corner the nice Polk Street (three blocks or so edge to california street) with a lot of food stuff and bioorganic stores and student places. Very nice. The best place to sightseeing and relax in town.

What did you like the most?: I like the corner rooms with the spectacular views. Also, I like that breakfast is included in the cost of the room. I also like the international flavor of the hotel--lots of guests traveling from other countries.

What did you like the most?: We were given a fantastic room on the 25th floor after we tried to check in and were told no room was available until 7p.m. The manager soon put this right!

What did you like the most?: Rooms are big and offer a great view on the city. Good starting point to discover SF. Considering the price level of SF it offered good value for the money.

What did you like the most?: It was a central location near shopping and attractions. The staff was
friendly and accomodating. They were able to upgrade my room to allow
a higher floor.This was very agreeable to us we had a very nice view
of the city

What did you like the most?: The hotel had a great view in our corner room. We really enjoyed the
beautiful bay and city views. The staff was friendly and helpful, and
there was a nice little gift shop with sundries you might need during
your stay. The location was great--right off the California Cable Car
line. We enjoyed the central location of the hotel to see different
areas in S.F. There was a Whole Foods right down the street (less than a
half block walk) and a fridge in the room for storing our purchases. I
just wish we could have stayed longer. The bed was comfy too.

What did you like the most?: Nice location, close to all bus lines, Union district and Fisherman's
Wharf. Good value for money and certainly when comparing to all big-name
hotels in the area.

What did you like the most?: The overall experience was great! Although it was freezing cold for us islanders we enjoyed the comfort of the room and the accessability of stepping out onto the swimming pool area from our room. We will be returning to SF in 2 years for my older son's graduation and will definitely consider staying at the Holiday Inn again.

What did you like the most?: Very coveniently located, easy access to all of the city by public transport.
Hotel staff were very accomodating even 5 hours after we had checked out and were waiting for our airport transportation. Rooms were clean and big enough for what we needed with all the usual extras, soaps, lotions etc.
Very reasonable price, we would recommend this hotel and would stay again if the weather improves!!
