- "Check-jn took far too long - one employee, greeting guests, checking-in, changing rooms and keys, answering phone, etc. She was overwhelmed"

- "My wife had a black hoodie and blue pajama bottoms that she forgot at the hotel. She wore them the night we were there, and after leaving the hotel for our night on Dec 29th we checked our luggage from top-to-bottom. We know it was left at the hotel. My wife and I called 3 times, once to Housekeeping and 2 messages at the front desk. NO ONE called us back. I felt completely ignored. My wife and I drove out of our way back to this Holiday Inn to inquire about her clothes and they swear they did not have them. I bet if the issue was addressed promptly, this would not be the case. At the very least a phone call would've saved us a trip. It sucks because my wife and I LOVED the hotel room, but with the way the staff dropped the ball I don't feel comfortable staying at Holiday Inn again."
