What did you like the most?: "The service at Manchester Holiday Inn west was great, all of the staff members were lovely, if you asked them for anything they helped you out, direction or ordering a taxi for you and always smiling and being happy, I would recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to manchester :)"

What did you like the most?: "Room was clean. Good quality clean towels in bathroom. Bed was
comfortable with good quality sheets. Walking distance to exhibition I
was attending. Excellent value for money."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Although given a friendly greeting I felt that member of staff at check in wasn't giving full attention to task at hand, seemed distracted. Did not take advantage of breakfast facilities as I felt it was too expensive."
