What did you like the most?: "The front of house staff were very helpful, with a great friendly manner. The location meant it was easy to get in and out of the city centre. The breakfast had a good selection and was of a good quality."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Only a couple of minor points, the milk for the breakfast cereal wasn't really cold, and perhaps hot chocolate sachets with the tea/coffee in the rooms would be nice. As I don't like tea or coffee."

What did you like the most?: "Staff were good, but still haven't heard from them regarding issues raised during stay. Room was very good size."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "No hot water in the morning, no lighting in the back car park, few other issues."

What did you like the most?: "It is fairly central to Manchester and has it's own parking. It was only ten minutes by bus to the centre and a taxi cost £7.00. It is also very close to the Eithad Stadium for anyone wanting to see Manchester City playing or other visiting teams. The breakfast was very good and plentiful and the staff very helpful."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The surrounding area is a bit industrial so if you want a scenic view don't stay here but for convenience and location to central Manchester it was good. They could do with more variety on the TV such as pay per view sports or films."
