- "1. Tv guide not accurate; had to call for a guide 2. Parking NOT marked at all. Had to drive around Motel twice to find, even after talking to Receptionist twice about where parking was located. 3. Shower warm, then lukewarm, then warm during entire shower 4. Grout in shower had mildew 5. No tub mat; tub VERY slick when taking shower."

- "The parking was terrible and very difficult to maneuver in an suv. There was a charge for parking that we were unaware of. It was necessary to call down to the desk to ask for a blow dryer. There were only two of us needing a shower in the morning and the second shower was cold. It would've been nice to have a complimentary breakfast or at least a voucher for breakfast."

- "$5 breakfast buffet was awful. Parking garage was a challenge to maneuver an suv. You misrepresented the room selection on your website. You sold it as two queen beds and there were two doubles. They don't have rooms with two queen beds. Was not a big deal for us but you should fix your site."
