What did you like the most?: "Excellent location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Buffet breakfast - certain items ran out before breakfast ended which meant dishes were not replenished e.g. mushrooms and sausages. We were down for breakfast at 10am and breakfast was open until 11am."

What did you like the most?: "Location overlooking marina, with restaurants and bars along side. Shops
close by and only a short walk to the castle. Privte parking at the rear
of hotel Breakfast restaurant on second floor overlooking marina."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Breakfast a little pricey, did not get the wake up call we booked. Did not use the private car park but was charged for it until we pointed out we had not used it, should be free to hotel customers anyway."

What did you like the most?: "The staff were excellent as was the location, the breakfast was also quite good."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The room, not much better than a Travelodge, only 2 bulbs worked, the shower leaked and the basin tap leaked, the bathroom was the most basic I have stayed in and after seeing photographs online I was most disappointed. The TV picture was poor but as the staff were so polite and because my girlfriend asked me not to I didn't complain but was a massive disappointment."

restaurants in the Cathedral/castle area

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Hotel difficult to find. Sat nav took us to a pub car park close by but access to hotel frontage & reception from there blocked off. Staff obviously have to deal with complaints about this on a regular basis so why not be more comprehensive with directions on Hotel website ? No free Wifi, £5 an hour !. Why do hotels ruin there reputations and create negative feed back for the sake of a few £££'s ?. Make it free and include in the rack rates if you have to. Poor in house facilities. A wedding reception took over the main bar area so no quiet sitting areas in the hotel. Sleep disturbed by Bathroom fan which continued to run all night despite light being turned off."
