- "The morning of my stay the company withdrew my fee for the room. Once I arrived and checked in I informed them that the room fee was already taken from my account. The lady at the service desk informed me that by rubbing my car it would only charge me for the $50 fee withheld it the room were to get damaged. So we checked in and went up to the room and an hour later I looked at my bank statement and another $207 dollars had been removed from my account along with the $50 dollar service fee. I called the hotel right away and talked with the manager. She said she would look into and call me back. They called me back within 15 minutes and informed me that the money would be placed back on my car the minute after I checked out the next day. 7 hours after checking out the money had still not been placed back on my card. So I called ans talked with the manager and asked what they could do for me because I was planning on using that money to get home. She was rude on the phone and told me there was nothing they could do for me because they are showing that money was given back through their system and it was my banks fault! It was there for fault for taking my money twice! And still today, 2 days later I have not received my money back. I was planning on using that extra money to get another hotel room outside the Green Bay area. Instead I had to drive the 7 hours home to Indiana in snow and wind.I Have always used Holiday Inn and my company also. After this happening, I will never use a Holiday Inn again and I will make sure my company doesn't also."
