- "It was relaxing and the staff were friendly. The hotel is reasonably located in relation to Gloucester City Centre. It took a number of staff to help us find a bus route into town as we didn't want to drive in on rugby match day. It isn't far to the bus stop but it isn't easy to find without directions."

- "The fact there is a charge for wifi and how much the charge is. I would have expectedit ti be free for guests included in the room price."
