- "The bed was so high I had to hop to get up on it, plus the mattress pad and bottom sheet bunched up and we ended up sleeping on big wrinkles that were very uncomfortable. Also, the toilet is so low that older people like us have a hard time standing back up. A minor thing was the ottoman in the room. It was very frayed. It didn't affect our stay, but it looked tacky."
